Payment is required after appointment.
A 20% deposit is required for work estimated over $200 not including fee from refund tax returns.
An account may be established for business clients on approval.
A late fee of $10 will be applied for payments outside of agreed terms.
Payment options:
- Mastercard/Visa & EFTPOS mobile facility available

- Transfer directly to our bank account (details on invoice) via electronic funds transfer (internet banking)
- Cash payment
- Cheque made payable to Mobile Returns
- If a refund is estimated, our fee can be deducted from your anticipated refund then transferred directly into your nominated bank account^ ($5 processing fee applies).
I want my refund ASAP!
The quickest way to get your refund back is to provide your bank account details during the interview and when lodged, the ATO will directly deposit your refund into your nominated account, otherwise a cheque will usually be issued that could take up to another week or possibly longer due to additional ATO processing.
Turnaround for refunds is usually within 14 days.*
